Shipping & Returns
Our shipping time for domestic orders is 3-5 business days after the order is placed. We typically ship Priority Mail or USPS First class. Priority Mail usually takes 1-3 business days to be delivered after we have packed and shipped. First class usually takes 2-4 business days. We will send you a shipping notification once your order leaves our NoHo doors. Please let us know if you need your order expedited so that we may try our best to get it to you! Also, keep in mind sometimes we make some of our body and candles to order, we sometimes don't account for that time.
We send the majority of our international packages via First Class International Mail, which doesn't provide a tracking number or delivery confirmation. Delivery times will vary depending on location, the time of the year and local postal processing time - orders should arrive within 2-4 weeks.
International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. International packages may be delayed by customs. Unfortunately, we at NoHo Candle Co have no control over these circumstances.
Refunds + Exchange
At NoHo Candle Co. we inspect all of our products very carefully before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to NoHo Candle Co. within 7 days of delivery.
You may also exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.
In the event the package is damaged during shipping you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at email@example.com for further details
